TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The general terms and conditions of the Organics Nutrients online store are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia and international codes for electronic commerce. These terms and conditions define the operation of the online store, the rights of the customer, and the business relationship between the customer and the seller or operator of the online store.

PRICES

All prices are stated in EUR (Euros).
Prices are valid at the time the order is confirmed (checkout completed).
Prices apply when payment is made using the listed payment methods and under the stated conditions. If the price of an item changes during order processing, the seller will inform the customer. The seller will make every effort to ensure the customer receives the lower price or to offer an appropriate solution that is mutually satisfactory.

SHOPPING

For each product, the following information is provided:
Product name and description
Product price and any promotional price
Product content

You complete your purchase by reviewing your order and clicking the “Place Order” button at the end of the order summary. Your order will then be submitted and dispatched as soon as possible.

ORDER

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. On the same day, you will also receive a pro forma invoice by email. Once the pro forma invoice has been paid, the ordered items will be shipped. Any order cancellations can be communicated within 10 hours of placing the order via email or phone. If the customer does not cancel the order within the agreed time, the order will proceed to processing.

DELIVERY OF ORDERED PRODUCTS AND SHIPPING COSTS

The provider’s delivery partner is DPD.
Delivery costs depend on the weight of the order. The customer therefore also pays the delivery cost to DPD according to the table below.

If the recipient is not present at the agreed delivery address, the goods may be accepted by an adult member of the same household or another authorized person.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the delivery service will leave a notification. The pickup period is 15 days, according to the carrier’s policy.

PAYMENT

Bank transfer (UPN payment order). The customer places an order and then receives payment details by email. Please include the invoice number as the reference. As soon as the payment is received in our account, the products will be shipped to the specified address. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.

ISSUANCE OF INVOICE

Organicsnutrients issues an invoice for the ordered items in PDF format and sends it to the customer’s email address. The invoice includes a detailed breakdown of prices and all costs related to the purchase. The customer is obliged to verify the accuracy of the information before placing the order. Subsequent complaints regarding invoice accuracy will not be considered.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIME

The Organicsnutrients online store delivers via DPD and the parcel distributor GLS.
Shipping costs within Slovenia are included in the price. Delivery time is 2–4 business days. For faster delivery, an additional charge applies, or you may contact us regarding express delivery options at info@organicsnutrients.com.

DISCOUNT CODES

A discount code or promotional code provides various benefits when shopping in the Organicsnutrients.com online store. Active codes can be found in Organicsnutrients emails or other media.

Use of a discount code:
Select the products you wish to purchase.
At checkout, enter the discount code in the “promotional code” field and click the “confirm” button.
Only one discount code can be used per purchase.
Once the discount code is entered, its value will be applied to the pro forma invoice.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Organicsnutrients is not responsible for damage to packaging upon receipt of the shipment. If part of the packaging is damaged through no fault of the consumer, it may be returned within 14 days at the customer’s own expense. All other potential issues or complaints are carefully resolved in cooperation with the customer, for whom we seek the most favorable solution.

Return the product by registered mail and in the same packaging as received to the address:
Bojan Kujavec, Kukava 51, 2256 Juršinci.
Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted.
The invoice must be enclosed.

We protect the personal data of users of the Organicsnutrients.com online store (e.g. name and surname, email address, delivery address) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1). Data is stored and used exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling orders and sending gardening tips and news about Organics Nutrients products, based on the user’s consent.

The Organicsnutrients.com website automatically collects only non-personal data on website usage, such as page visits, daily number of visitors, time spent on the website, etc.

The website uses Google Analytics to monitor and analyze website traffic. Cookies are used to help analyze website usage and may transmit data about your use of the website, including your IP address.

Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing and for as long as required to achieve that purpose. If data is obtained based on consent, it is processed until consent is withdrawn. Personal data is never shared with third parties who are not involved in fulfilling orders.

Consent to receive gardening tips and news about Organics Nutrients products can be withdrawn by following the instructions in each message received or by sending a request to info@organicsnutrients.com.
