GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The General Terms and Conditions of the Organics Nutrients online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (ZVPot), on the basis of recommendations of GZS (The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia) and international e-commerce codes. The General Terms and Conditions deal with the operation of the online store, buyer’s rights and business relationship between the buyer and the seller or the online store manager.

PRICES

All prices are expressed in EUR (euros).
Prices are valid the moment you confirm your order (end of purchase).
Prices are applicable in the case of payment with relevant payment methods and under general terms and conditions. In case the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the seller will notify the customer. In any case, the seller will try to provide the buyer with a lower price or offer a suitable solution that will satisfy both parties.

PURCHASE

Each product shall indicate the following information:
Name and description
Product price and possible sales price
Product content
Your purchase is completed by reviewing your order and clicking on the »Submit Order« button at the end of the purchase summary. Your order will be then submitted and dispatched in the shortest possible time.

ORDER

After submitting your order, you receive a contract award certificate. The same day you also receive a confirmation email with the pro forma invoice of your order. Once the invoice is settled, the order is sent. Possible order cancellations shall be communicated within 10 hours from the order per email or telephone. In the event that the purchaser does not revoke his order within the agreed time-limit, the order will go automatically into processing.

DELIVERY CHARGES AND POSTAGE

Our delivery partner is Pošta Slovenije d.d..
Delivery costs depend on the weight of the order. The buyer, therefore, pays delivery cost of Pošta Slovenije under the table below.

In case the buyer is not present at the agreed delivery time and address, the shipment can be validly picked up by an adult, who lives in the same household with the buyer. The shipment can also be picked up by an authorized person.

In the event that the buyer is at the time of delivery not present at the delivery address, the delivery service leaves a message. Pošta Slovenije stores packages and orders for 15 days.

PAYMENT

Per invoice and pre-payment in advance. After a successful order, the customer receives a confirmation email with specific payment information. When asked for a reference, please indicate your account number. As soon as the payment is received, we will start to process the order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

INVOICE

The customer receives an invoice in PDF format to their email address. The invoice details the price and all costs associated with the purchase. The buyer is obliged to verify the accuracy of the costs and other data before placing the order. Later complaints are not taken into account.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY TIME

Our online store delivers with Pošta Slovenije and GLS. Shipping costs within Slovenia are included in the price. Delivery is due within 4 working days. For faster delivery, there is an additional charge, or you can contact us about faster delivery options at info@organicsnutrients.com.

DISCOUNT CODES

A discount code brings various benefits when shopping through our online store. A valid discount code can be found in our email or via other media.

How to apply discount code:

• Select the products, you want to buy
• At the end of the purchase, enter the discount code in the box »promotional code« and click the »confirm« button.
• For each purchase, only one discount code can be redeemed
• When entering the discount code, the value of the discount is taken into account when issuing the pro forma invoice

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Organics Nutrients will not be held liable in case of damaged packaging upon receipt of the shipment. If the packaging is damaged, through no fault of the buyer’s own, it can be returned within 14 days at buyers own expense. All other potential irregularities or complaints are solved carefully and in cooperation with the customer, for whom we find the best solution.
You can return your order by registered post and in the same packaging as received to the following address: Bojan Kujavec s.p., Ul. Škofa Maksimilijana Držečnika 6, 2000 Maribor. Attaching your invoice is mandatory. We do not support cash on delivery.

PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION

We protect user’s personal information (eg. name, email, delivery address) of the Organics Nutrients online store in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1). Personal data is stored and used solely for the following purposes:

1. handling orders
2. submitting gardening tips and news on our products upon customer’s freely given consent

Organicsnutrients.com automatically collects non-personally statistic data about website usage such as website traffic, the daily number of visitors, what time do visitors surf on our website, etc.

The website uses Google’s service »Google Analytics«, which is intended to track and analyze website visits. We use cookies to help us analyze website traffic. Cookies disclose information about your use of the website, including your IP address.

We process the user’s personal data in order to fulfill the purpose of processing. We process personal data solely for the purpose of processing, to the extent that they are obtained on the basis of consent and until the withdrawal of consent. Personal data may under no circumstances be forwarded to third parties, that are not involved in the ordering and delivery process.

You can withdraw your consent to receiving the Organics Nutrients newsletter and gardening tips by following the instructions in each email, that you receive based on your consent, or by sending an email to info@organicsnutrients.com
